We are currently looking for experienced, dynamic & driven Floor Staff to join our Holborn venue! If you are confident, proactive and passionate about hospitality, people and creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

The role

As a Lucky Voice Floor Staff member, you are at the heart of creating unforgettable guest experiences. You will be the friendly face that welcomes our customers, ensures our karaoke rooms are running smoothly, delivers food and drinks efficiently, and helps maintain a fun, safe and vibrant atmosphere throughout the venue. Highly organised and a natural communicator, you work closely with your team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring smooth operations every shift.

About you

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service or a similar fast‑paced environment.
  • You thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people.
  • You are proactive, reliable and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You bring energy, positivity and a sense of fun to the workplace, making both your team and customers feel welcome and valued.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival through to departure.
  • Welcome guests, escort them to their karaoke rooms and ensure they have everything they need.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and organisation of guest areas and karaoke rooms.
  • Work closely with the bar, kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns to create memorable experiences.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
  • Support the team in achieving service standards and operational goals.

Please note: This role requires flexibility and late working hours.
