As Kitchen Crew (Back of House), you're central to the experience every guest has with us. You'll work the line - prep, oven, pizza-making and running the pass - producing consistently excellent pizzas at pace. It's hands-on, fast and collaborative, and you'll take genuine pride in your section and your output.
What you'll do
- Make high-quality pizzas, following recipes so every order looks and tastes the same
- Work the full line: prep, oven prep, pizza-making and the pass
- Keep your section organised, stocked, clean and running smoothly, including opening, closing and deep-clean duties
- Monitor oven temperatures and switch ovens proactively when needed
- Rotate stock, keep fridges in order, and stay on top of menu items and allergens
- Communicate clearly with the team on wait times, feedback and any outstanding jobs at the end of your shift
- Follow all food safety and HACCP practice, and keep high personal hygiene standards
- Work waste and sustainability best-practice into everything you do
Who we're looking for
You're proactive, organised and calm under pressure. You enjoy working as part of a team, communicate well, and treat colleagues with respect. Kitchen or high-volume food experience is a plus, but attitude and reliability matter most. You'll help create a positive, inclusive working environment where everyone's respected.
