You are responsible for supporting internal branding, social media and internal meetings, with the opportunity to grow this role β at your own pace β into a full-time position spanning Sales & Marketing, HR and Culture.
YOUR PURPOSE
- To support the long term growth of the business's culture by helping create and develop internal branding.
- To assist in creating and reviewing social media content β generating ideas for the company website, social posts & other culture building media.
- To help develop agendas, slides and content for internal meetings, predominantly the Kaizen meetings, with secondary support for Office meetings & Operations meetings.
- To take on increasing responsibility over time, with a clear growth path into Sales & Marketing, HR and Culture as skills and confidence develop.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a part-time, entry-level role with a clear pathway to full-time, growing at your own pace into Sales & Marketing, HR and Culture.
- Foundation stage: Support CRM management, media content creation, and general admin
- Assist with meeting preparation (Kaizen, Office, Operations)
- Support issue resolution and day-to-day culture/branding tasks
As the role develops, responsibilities expand to include:
- Generating leads and managing reseller quotes and follow-ups
- Owning social media, internal branding and content calendars
- Leading agendas, slides and content for internal meetings
- Supporting onboarding, internal communications and employee engagement
- Reporting on marketing performance, CRM accuracy and culture initiatives to the GM/COO
- Reviewing campaign, meeting and engagement effectiveness on a monthly and quarterly basis
At full-time level, the role takes ownership of:
- End-to-end marketing, culture and internal communications strategy
- Employer branding, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
- Quarterly and annual planning across Sales & Marketing, HR and Culture
- Mentoring the next Junior Office & Culture Assistant
