As a Senior Barista, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the coffee service within The Flour Pot Bakery. You will assist the Head Barista with the responsibility for maintaining high standards of coffee preparation, training new and existing staff, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and consistency.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the coffee area and workspace.
