Are you an experienced Support Worker or Senior Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated Team Leader to oversee and support our Supported Living services across multiple locations. About the Role

As Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of support are delivered across several supported living services. You will lead by example, provide guidance to support teams, and work closely with Service Managers to maintain quality, compliance and positive outcomes for the people we support. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for supporting staff, monitoring service quality, coordinating care delivery, and helping individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and day‑to‑day support across multiple supported living services
  • Supervise, mentor and develop Support Workers and Senior Support Workers
  • Promote a positive, person‑centred culture throughout the organisation
  • Ensure services operate in line with CQC standards and company policies
  • Conduct audits, spot checks, supervisions and quality assurance reviews
  • Support with rota management, staffing and service coordination
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals and local authorities
  • Assist with recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development
  • Champion safeguarding, health and safety, and best practice at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health or Social Care services
  • Experience leading, supervising or mentoring staff
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and support
  • Ability to work across multiple locations and manage competing priorities
  • Good understanding of CQC regulations and person‑centred care
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
