Mary Rush Care are looking for two caring, reliable and motivated Part Time Support Workers to join our friendly team at Marleyfield, our supported living service. About the Role
As a Support Worker at Marleyfield, you will provide person centred support tailored to each individual’s needs, helping them maintain independence while promoting dignity, choice and wellbeing. You will support with daily living tasks, emotional wellbeing, community access and encouraging service users to achieve their personal goals in a safe and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with daily routines and independent living skills
- Encouraging community involvement and social activities

- Supporting with medication where required
