About the job:
We are recruiting a part-time or full-time Luxury Retail Assistant for our new Kiltane store in Glasgow. We are looking for someone who is fully flexible to work on a rota of 7 days per week. As a luxury retail assistant, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.
About you:
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)
- Able to work well with others & approach others easily
- Dedication to provide high standard of customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing payments and returns
- Ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and well presented
- Accepting and cross-checking daily deliveries
- Maintain knowledge of all our products and textiles

- Permanant employment (subject to 3 months’ probation period)
