Mary Rush Care are looking for two caring, reliable and motivated Full Time Support Workers to join our friendly team at Marleyfield, our supported living service. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to people’s lives by supporting individuals to live independently, confidently and safely within their own home environment.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

About the Role

As a Support Worker at Marleyfield, you will provide person centred support tailored to each individual’s needs, helping them maintain independence while promoting dignity, choice and wellbeing. You will support with daily living tasks, emotional wellbeing, community access and encouraging service users to achieve their personal goals in a safe and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with daily routines and independent living skills
  • Encouraging community involvement and social activities
  • Assisting with appointments, shopping and day to day activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Supporting with medication where required
