We're looking for experienced, friendly and reliable bar staff to join our team.
What you'll be doing:
Serving drinks efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Preparing and maintaining the bar throughout service.
Handling payments using the till system.
Keeping the bar and customer areas clean, organised and well presented.
Working as part of a professional team to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Previous bar experience is essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
Casual hours – Friday to Sunday.
Hours: Weekends Only (Late Nights)
This role is exclusively for weekend shifts and involves working late nights during our busiest hours.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serving drinks quickly and accurately during high-volume rushes.
Processing cash and card transactions efficiently in a loud, fast-paced setting.
Maintaining a clean and fully stocked bar area throughout the night.
Providing excellent, friendly service to our live music crowd.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous bar experience in a loud, busy environment (like a live music venue or high-volume pub) is highly recommended.
Availability: Must be able to work weekends and commit to late-night finishes.
Resilience: You need to be comfortable communicating over loud music and staying cool under pressure.
Energy: A strong work ethic and the ability to stay on your feet and move quickly during peak hours.
Please note:
Applicants must be available to work Bank Holidays and throughout the festive period, as these are some of our busiest trading periods.
