Deputy Service Manager (Autism/LD Service (Oxfordshire) - £14.08 -16.40ph Go For It Ridgefield Road, Oxford, OX4 3BY, UNITED KINGDOM We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to be on the management team of a our bespoke service which provides a range of learning disabilities including mild to moderate learning disabilities, physical health needs as well as high functioning autism and Asperger’s.

Role Purpose As the Deputy Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care while supporting the Registered Manager in service leadership.

You will help drive compliance with CQC standards , develop high-quality support plans, and mentor a dedicated team.

This role includes a clear pathway to becoming a CQC Registered Manager within 12-18 months.

Key Responsibilities Deputise for the Registered Manager, ensuring CQC compliance and high‑quality service delivery.

Lead the implementation of person‑centred support plans , ensuring they reflect individual goals, preferences, and needs.

Promote independence and community inclusion , supporting individuals to engage in meaningful activities.

Oversee staff rotas , ensuring safe staffing levels and effective deployment of resources. 2.
