We are currently looking for experienced, dynamic & driven Receptionist to join our Soho venue! If you are confident, proactive and passionate about hospitality, people and creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

The role

As a receptionist, you are often the first and last thing our guests see, so you need to embody our Company values and have a whole heap of fun. You should be proactive and passionate about your work as you manage our booking systems, so making sure who goes where, at the right time is crucial! Please note, this role involves late nights and early morning finishes.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage bookings, reservations and room allocations
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
  • Process payments accurately and handle card transactions
  • Co-ordinate with bar and floor staff to ensure smooth service
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escape when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area
  • Follow health and safety, licensing and venue policies
  • Support daily reception and administrative duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front of house or customer service role (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional and customer focused attitude
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Confident using booking systems, POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Right to work in the UK
