In the heart of historic Westminster you'll find Old Queen Street Cafe; a newly launched British brasserie with delectable food in a relaxed and warm environment. In close proximity to Parliament, Old Queen Street Café is a place to debate the news of the day. The setting is a beautiful town house boasting a 50-cover restaurant, a bustling events space and private members' club.

Lantana leads the creation and operational delivery of this one-of-kind customer experience on behalf of our client, political and cultural magazine Unherd.

We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join us; could it be you?

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plating food to spec
  • Taking responsibility for food safety
  • Working in different parts of our kitchen
  • Supporting your Sous Chef and Head Chef

What We’ll Be Doing In Return:

  • Developing your skills for whatever your future career might be; with us or elsewhere
  • Serving team meals that are always from the menu
