About the job
We are recruiting a full-time Keyholder for our Kiltane store in Covent Garden. We are looking for someone who is available 5 days on a rota of 7 days per week. As a keyholder, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.
About you:
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)
- Able to work well with others & approach others easily
- Dedication to provide high standard of customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Daily cash-up
- Managing the opening and closing of the store
- Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment
- Speaks Chinese or Korean (not essential, but beneficial)
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing payments and returns
- Ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and well presented
- Accepting and cross-checking daily deliveries
- Maintain knowledge of all our products and textiles
