The role: As a Lucky Voice Bartender, you bring the experience, energy and a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Highly organised and a natural communicator, you inspire your colleagues to deliver excellence whilst ensuring smooth, seamless operations every shift.
About you:
- You have at least 1 year of bartending experience.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- You have a solid understanding of the industry and stay up to date with current trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines is an advantage.
- You bring energy, positivity and a sense of fun to the workplace, making both your team and customers feel welcome and valued.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Deliver excellent customer service in the bar.
- Take orders, process payments, and check ID in line with Challenge 25.
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and well organised.
- Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Work as part of the team to ensure a great guest experience.
Please note: This role requires flexibility and late working hours.
