PAM is a new restaurant opening in the heart of Farringdon, celebrating seasonal ingredients, bold flavours and genuine hospitality. We believe great restaurants are built by great people, people who care about their craft, their team and every guest who walks through the door.
At PAM, great food is built on skill, care and teamwork. We are looking for passionate and talented Sous chef who take pride in their craft, thrive in a busy kitchen and bring positive energy to every service.
What you’ll do
Prepare, cook and present dishes to consistently high standards.
Develop a strong knowledge of our ingredients, recipes and seasonal menus.
Organise your section effectively and work closely with the wider kitchen team.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety, labelling and stock rotation.
Help minimise waste, support smooth service and contribute ideas to the development of PAM’s food.
We’re looking for someone who
Has previous experience working in a quality restaurant kitchen.
Has a genuine passion for seasonal ingredients, bold flavours and excellent food.
Is positive, reliable and naturally collaborative.
Remains calm, organised and focused in a fast-paced kitchen.
Takes initiative, values consistency and is eager to learn and develop.
