PAM is a new restaurant opening in the heart of Farringdon, celebrating seasonal ingredients, bold flavours and genuine hospitality.
We’re looking for an engaging Floor Manager who takes pride in looking after people, understands the rhythm of a busy restaurant and brings positive energy to every service.
What you’ll do
Deliver warm and attentive service from arrival to farewell.
Guide guests through our food, wine and drinks menus.
Take orders accurately and communicate with the kitchen and bar teams.
Keep tables and service areas organised and polished.
Anticipate guests’ needs and respond thoughtfully to feedback.
Support the wider team throughout service.
We’re looking for someone who
Has previous experience in a quality restaurant or hospitality environment.
Is passionate about food, drinks and excellent service.
Is friendly, positive and naturally engaging.
Remains calm and organised in a busy environment.
Is reliable, attentive and a strong team player.
