Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support with activities of daily living, including washing, dressing and mealtimes.
  • Promote residents' independence, dignity and choice in all aspects of care.
  • Assist residents with mobility and ensure their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement in activities that enhance wellbeing.
  • Observe and monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, reporting any changes promptly to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate care records in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and colleagues to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
