Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and support with activities of daily living, including washing, dressing and mealtimes.
- Promote residents' independence, dignity and choice in all aspects of care.
- Assist residents with mobility and ensure their safety and comfort at all times.
- Encourage social interaction and engagement in activities that enhance wellbeing.
- Observe and monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, reporting any changes promptly to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate care records in accordance with policies and procedures.
