We’re looking for passionate and reliable Line Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team.

About the Role

As a Line Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes.

You’ll be responsible for your section, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency during service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard within your designated section
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Ensure your section is fully stocked, organised, and ready for service
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
  • Assist with stock rotation, waste control, and basic prep tasks
