About the role

We are recruiting a part-time Retail Assistant for our Cambridge store. We are looking for someone who is available 5 days on a rota of 7 days per week. This is a contract of 35 hours per week. As a luxury retail assistant, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)
  • Able to work well with others & approach others easily
  • Dedication to provide high standard of customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers & advising on our products
  • Ensuring all goods are well presented
  • Processing payments
  • Checking off deliveries which arrive in store
  • Ensure shop floor is stocked and always presented well
  • Maintaining knowledge of our products

We Offer:

  • Permanent employment (subject to 3 months’ probation period)
  • 28 days annual leave and 1 public holiday (25th December)
