Rough Trade is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Bristol warehouse team. This role plays an important part in supporting our growing Warehouse operation, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Picking & Packing orders to required standards.
  • Receiving & sorting deliveries from suppliers.
  • Filing and accurately preparing stock.
  • Shipping orders through our carriers.
  • Customer Service (Speaking with customers online & on the phone to resolve issues).
  • Stock control to maintain an accurate inventory.
  • Maintaining a clean & organised work environment.

Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or logistics environment is preferred, along with:

  • Experience handling vinyl records or working within the music industry.
  • Experience using Shopify.
  • Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems.
  • Previous stock control or inventory management experience.

The ideal candidate should be organised, hardworking, confident, trustworthy, diligent, and reliable, and should also possess the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to work quickly and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Some experience working in a similar role, preferably dealing with vinyl records.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Physically capable of repeatedly lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the working day.

The successful candidates may be required to work over the weekend when needed.
