We’re looking for a Brewing Assistant to join the team and help keep the brewery running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are quite the same - one minute you’ll be supporting brew production, the next you’ll be cleaning tanks, handling raw ingredients, monitoring fermentation, or jumping in to support packaging and the wider production team during busy periods.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with production operations
- Cleaning and sanitising brewing vessels, tanks, and equipment (lots of CIP!)
- Supporting fermentation monitoring and cellar operations
- Raw material handling, including grain, hops, and adjuncts
- Quality checks and accurate record keeping
- General housekeeping and maintaining brewery cleanliness standards
- Supporting stock movements tasks where needed
- Following all health & safety and food hygiene procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Someone reliable, hardworking, and genuinely excited about brewing
- A passion for beer / brewing / production environments
- Previous brewery, manufacturing, food production, or similar hands-on experience (ideal but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- This is an active, manual role with lifting involved
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to muck in wherever needed

Location: Wern Industrial Estate, Rogerstone NP10 9FQ
Hours: Full-time - 40hrs per week (including flexibility for weekends / shift work)
Salary: £26,436.80
Shift Patterns: As standard: 6am - 2:30pm and 9:30am to 6pm (Peak busy times: 5am - 1pm, 9am - 5:30pm, 1:30pm - 10pm)
