Situated on the stunning East Lothian coastline, we are just 18 miles from Edinburgh and a short distance from North Berwick, Haddington and other East Lothian towns.
We are currently seeking a creative, passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen Team to provide weekend cover.
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the breakfast service.
- Preparing breakfast food that is of the highest standards.
- Maintaining the appropriate amount of stock levels as directed.
- Assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing breakfast dishes.
- Being alert for any opportunities to improve the Breakfast service.
- Maintaining full knowledge of all menu items and the service.
- Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times.

- Solid experience working in a similar role within a fast-moving, quality driven kitchen.
