This is a full time role - 40 hours per week average.

We’re currently seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and compassionate Cook to join our incredible team at our welcoming nursing home, which supports residents living with dementia and other complex needs. Whether you’re experienced or just passionate about food, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
Cook nutritious, appetising meals for our residents, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner
Create and maintain a four-week rotating menu based on resident preferences
Cater to individual dietary needs, including allergies and nutritional requirements
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
Order supplies on time while staying within budget
Be an integral part of our close-knit team, supporting the overall wellbeing of our residents
What We Offer:
Sociable working hours – no late-night restaurant shifts!
Starting rate of £12.80/hour - this increases with qualifications.
