Join our Food and Beverage Team
We are seeking to hire an experienced individual with leadership skills for the position of Bar Supervisor.
The role will involve supervising and supporting the bar team to deliver exceptional Customer First service and ensuring the bar runs efficiently.
This is a permanent role, on a part‑time or full‑time basis, we are not currently accepting applicants for seasonal positions.
What you’ll be doing in this role
- Leading a close‑knit Bar Team to deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Planning and supervising operations, working closely with the Food and Beverage management team.
- Take accurate orders and make recommendations.
- Preparing and delivering drink in a professional manner.
- Making sure that the needs of our Members and Guests are always being met.
- Enriching our Members and Guests experience.
- Accurate recording of charges and payments.
Who are we looking for
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a senior bar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of licensing laws, health and safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable Member and Guest experiences.
