As a Team Leader/Fryer, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the shop. You'll be responsible for maintaining food quality, supporting the management team, and ensuring excellent service during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fish, chips and other menu items to a consistently high standard.
- Manage the frying range efficiently during busy service periods.
- Lead and support the team throughout each shift.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Monitor food quality and portion control.
- Help train and develop new team members.
- Open and close the shop when required.
- Assist with stock rotation and waste control.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work environment.
