As Kitchen Supervisor, you'll keep the kitchen running smoothly day to day while delivering consistent, high-quality pizzas.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and can anticipate the needs of both the kitchen an the team, to get ahead of issues before they arise.
You'll be hands‑on through service, help bring newer team members up to speed, and be the point of support when the Kitchen Lead or management team aren't around.
Expect a mix of morning, day, evening and weekend shifts across both sites.
What you'll do
- Support the team through service and keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Work the full line: prep, oven prep, pizza-making and the pass
- Train and support new team members through onboarding and day‑to‑day shifts
- Hold the line on pizza quality, cleanliness and organisation
- Make sure opening and closing duties are followed correctly
- Stay on top of menu items, offerings and allergens
- Oversee the Back of House area and flag any issues to the management team
- Help with stock management, ordering and general kitchen organisation
- Who we're looking for
You've got solid kitchen experience and you're ready to step up — calm under pressure, organised, and confident leading a section during a busy service.
You communicate well, bring the best out of the people around you, and take pride in a clean, well‑run kitchen.
Experience in a similar kitchen environment is essential for this one.
- What you get
- Free staff meal and a drink on every shift, plus staff soft drinks
- Generous staff discount across the whole company — both Crate sites and online shop
