AREE is a new restaurant opening in Notting Hill in spring 2027, celebrating exceptional food, thoughtful drinks and genuine hospitality.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen team and maintain exceptional standards across every service.
What you’ll do
Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
Lead preparation and service in the Head Chef’s absence.
Ensure every dish meets AREE’s quality and presentation standards.
Train, motivate and develop the kitchen team.
Manage preparation, ordering, stock control and kitchen organisation.
Monitor food costs, portion control and waste.
Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety and allergen standards.
We’re looking for someone who
Has experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP in a quality restaurant.
Is a confident and supportive kitchen leader.
Has excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.
Is organised, reliable and calm during busy services.
Is passionate about seasonal ingredients and consistently excellent food.
