About the Role
As part of our Ground Instructor team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, fun, and engaging experience for our guests. Working on the ground, you’ll support the day-to-day running of activities, welcome and host groups, and ensure visitors—from corporate teams to schools and parties—have a memorable time.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest hosting & group coordination — Welcome and manage corporate groups, schools, and parties throughout their visit
- Activity support — Assist instructors with the smooth running of activities from the ground
- Customer experience — Create a fun, friendly, and engaging atmosphere for all guests
- Briefings & guidance — Deliver clear instructions and help guests understand schedules and processes
- Queue & flow management — Keep activities running efficiently and on time
- General site duties — Support overall park operations, including set-up, tidiness, and guest queries
About You
- Enjoy working outdoors in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, friendly approach
- Comfortable engaging with a wide range of guests, including corporate groups and young people
- Organised, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, team‑oriented, and hands‑on
- Previous customer service, events, or hospitality experience is beneficial but not required — full training provided
