What you will be doing: You will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of recruitment and HR administration, reporting to the Deputy Head of HR. You will provide essential support across the employee lifecycle, focussing on onboarding and employee support, helping to maintain a high-quality, compliant, and people-focused HR service. This will also include additional project-based requirements of the business.

The role is based on site, giving you the chance to have the best training and support available, and you also get the opportunity to try our on-site subsidised canteen facilities and really get to know the team over a spot of lunch.

It would be great for you to have:

  • HR and recruitment experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to manage your own workload.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
