What You\’ll Do

• Provide high-quality hair services including cuts, colour, styling, and treatments
• Lead and support a team of stylists, assistants, and front desk staff
• Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold salon standards
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and customer service
• Help create a welcoming, professional, and positive atmosphere
• Contribute to client retention and business growth

What We\’re Looking For

• 5+ years behind the chair (management experience is a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for trends, education, and exceptional guest experience
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset

Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of cutting and colouring. Other areas, such as extensions and perming, would be a bonus but a desire to learn new skills and add to your service menu is highly encouraged

The Candidate

The ideal Hair Stylist will have a minimum of 5 years relevant practical hair experience, with a background in managing and developing their own client base and workload.

· A passion for hair, and a love of working with people is essential for this opportunity

· Experience in working in an AVEDA salon would be an advantage but not vital

· Be able to use initiative and thrive working under pressure

· Confident managing a team and clientele

Main Objectives:

· Ensuring outstanding customer service is provided by all

· Overseeing individual\’s and salon\’s targets and objectives are reached

· Leading an effective team; encouraging growth and progression
