The Integrated Partnerships Manager drives revenue growth across all DYSUJO brands by creating and executing commercial opportunities that connect client objectives with our media, retail, and marketing platforms. This person will develop integrated partnerships across print, digital, and events, building innovative collaborations that deliver measurable results for our partners. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on sales execution to expand partnerships, grow advertising and sponsorship revenue, and secure new business across the group’s media, retail, and agency divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across all DYSUJO brands.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using Pipedrive CRM.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for advertising, sponsorships, e-commerce, and agency services.
- Negotiate and close commercial partnerships and long-term contracts.
- Collaborate across teams via Basecamp, Slack, and Vidyard to align campaigns and communication.
- Use Typeform and digital tools to capture, qualify, and nurture leads.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Produce accurate forecasts and performance reports for leadership.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
- Proven success in securing and growing commercial accounts.
- Skilled in pipeline management and CRM (Pipedrive essential).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools including Basecamp, Slack, Vidyard, and Typeform.
- Self-directed with strong organisational and commercial acumen.

- Experience in surf, outdoor lifestyle, media, or marketing industries.
