This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Transfer Pricing professional to join a growing UK practice at an early stage of development. Working directly with the Transfer Pricing Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and expanding the function while supporting a diverse portfolio of international clients. The role offers strong progression potential, significant client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to both advisory work and business growth in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth strategy for the UK transfer pricing practice
- Assist with business development initiatives and client proposals
- Design and implement transfer pricing policies for international clients
- Lead functional analysis interviews and oversee TP documentation, including Local Files and Master Files
- Support cross-border financing projects, including thin capitalisation and interest benchmarking analyses
- Conduct economic and benchmarking analyses using transfer pricing databases
- Build strong client relationships and prepare high-quality technical reports
Requirements
- ACA qualification or equivalent professional certification
- Strong understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD guidelines
- Experience with intercompany financing is advantageous
- Proficiency in transfer pricing database analysis
- Understanding of thin capitalisation methodology
