An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a leading International Real Estate Investment House, with a significant commercial real estate portfolio across the UK and Europe. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in the financial management and reporting of multiple investment structures and property assets. The position offers broad exposure across fund reporting, investor reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strategic business partnering within a dynamic investment environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
- Fund, corporate and investor reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Financial analysis to support investment, refinancing and asset management decisions.
- Oversight of external accountants, administrators and other service providers.
- Review of financial controls, compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support for audits, acquisitions, disposals and other strategic transactions.
- Partnering with investment, asset management and senior leadership teams.
The successful candidate will be ACA qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience, ideally gained within real estate, private equity, funds, alternative investments or a related financial services environment.
