My client, a rapidly expanding, sector leading, professional services firm specialising in pension scheme governance and trustee services, is seeking a Senior Pension Administrator to support client teams and ensure the smooth delivery of governance and trusteeship services. The role involves working across a portfolio of pension schemes, providing administrative, meeting, and documentation support while liaising with internal teams, trustees, and external advisers. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support across a portfolio of pension schemes
- Coordinate and prepare for trustee and client meetings, including agendas and papers
- Take accurate minutes and track actions from meetings
- Maintain governance documentation, registers, and scheme records
- Upload and manage documents on online board portals and storage systems
- Support preparation of scheme business plans, budgets, and invoice processing
- Assist with completion of scheme accounts and governance reporting
- Liaise with internal teams, trustees, and advisers to ensure timely support
- A-level education (or equivalent) and strong Microsoft Office skills
- 1–3 years’ experience working with defined benefit pension schemes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
