Join a dynamic team delivering high-quality developments that create lasting value for customers and stakeholders. This role sits at the heart of project delivery, combining financial expertise with commercial insight to drive performance across complex developments. You’ll partner with senior project leaders, influence key decisions, and ensure strong financial control from planning through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership and challenge on all project decisions
- Deliver accurate profit and cashflow forecasts, challenging assumptions
- Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports
- Oversee system accuracy by guiding and reviewing Management Accountants
- Manage project tax matters
- Monitor costs, risks, and project performance, advising on mitigation strategies
- Analyse sales performance and support pricing and product mix decisions
- Present financial insights to senior stakeholders and boards
- Collaborate with project teams to track programme and financial impacts
- Support subcontractor financial risk assessments and tender reviews
Requirements
- ACA qualified accountant with up to 4 year post-qualified experience in industry
- Russell Group university degree
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and non-finance teams
- Experience in forecasting, reporting, and financial risk management
