My client, an established and purpose‑driven property developer, based in Green Park, is seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager to oversee day‑to‑day finance operations and support strategic growth. This is a broad corporate role with exposure to financial control, reporting, tax, and commercial finance, at an exciting stage of business evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Own month‑end close, management accounts, and MI reporting via outsourced provider
  • Oversee general ledger integrity and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage AP, payment runs, expenses, and supplier reconciliations
  • Lead audit process and statutory reporting across group entities
  • Maintain tax compliance (VAT, CIS, corporation tax, withholding tax)
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering
  • Contribute to project appraisals and long‑term financial modelling
  • Enhance financial controls, systems, and processes

Experience required

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Must have Real Estate industry experience
  • Strong financial reporting and controls experience
  • Experience working with outsourced finance providers
  • Solid tax compliance knowledge
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and commercially aware
