A leading City-based specialist property finance brokerage is seeking experienced brokers with an established client bank and proven success in UK real estate lending. The role offers both employed and self-employed opportunities for high performers generating £250k–£300k+ annual billings.

Responsibilities

  • Originate and structure specialist property finance transactions
  • Manage and grow investor and developer client relationships
  • Advise on bridging, development, commercial, BTL, and bespoke lending solutions
  • Build relationships with lenders, introducers, solicitors, and intermediaries
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and conversion rates
  • Deliver exceptional client service throughout the funding process

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years' experience in specialist property finance or real estate lending
  • Proven track record of £250k–£300k+ annual revenue generation
  • Existing portable client and introducer network
  • Strong lender relationships and transaction history within the UK market
  • Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship skills
