Marvellous Minds Tuition is an education organisation offering targeted tuition, educational support as well as national exams to students aged 5 to 18. We work closely with local families, charities, schools and local authorities to provide a bespoke and effective service to help students reach their academic goals. Our Bedford site is part of a wider Marvellous Minds group with other centres located in St Albans and Kettering. We pride ourselves on bringing high quality Maths, English and Science tuition to the high street, at an affordable price. Our aim is to help students gain the confidence and skills needed to meet their academic goals.
This role is a great opportunity for you to further develop leadership and management skills in a fast-growing education company. You will work closely at management level as part of a small, ambitious and energetic team. As Assistant Centre Director, you will be supporting the Centre Director in running and developing the centre.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching; you will have a caseload of students that you teach on a regular basis whether this be 1:1 or in a group setting.
- Management; helping with the day-to-day running of the centre including administration of students and tutors, dealing with new enquiries, utilising our online system to facilitate client interactions.
