That Peter Crouch Podcast and The Therapy Crouch are two of the UK's biggest podcasts — hosted by Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy and loved by millions of listeners every week. Behind the mics is a small, tight-knit team that makes both shows happen, and we're looking for a brilliant producer to join us.
THE ROLE
You'll work across both shows, sitting right at the heart of production. One day you'll be building an episode plan and writing up the best listener messages; the next you'll be on a shoot coordinating crew, keeping the diaries in check and making sure everything runs like clockwork. It's a hands-on role with plenty of variety, working directly with world-class talent.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Production & planning — building episode plans, developing new segments and formats, and writing and curating the listener messages that make it to air.
- Organisation & coordination — helping manage Pete and Abbey's diaries, coordinating our crew across two shows, and keeping recordings, edits and deliveries on schedule.
- On the ground — supporting recordings at our London Bridge studio and in Surrey, making sure talent, crew and guests have everything they need.
- Social & community — helping community-manage our audiences, feeding into the direction of our social channels, and spotting the moments that will fly online.
WHO YOU ARE
- A producer with real production experience working with talent — in TV, at an agency, or (ideally) in podcasts.
- Seriously organised — you love a plan, a schedule and a well-run diary, and nothing slips past you.
- Genuinely creative — full of ideas for segments, formats and ways to make listeners feel part of the show.
- Socially fluent — you understand what works on social platforms and how to build and look after a community.
- A people person — calm, warm and unflappable around talent, crew and guests.
THE DETAILS
- Contract: Full time
- Location: London Bridge office; recordings take place in London Bridge and Surrey
