Job Description: We are looking for a highly self-motivated Travel Designer to join our dynamic team in this outbound sales role. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients, and close sales through proactive outreach efforts. You will be responsible for understanding our customers' needs and designing customised rail travel holidays that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and personalised communication to move leads through the sales funnel.

2. Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and requirements.

3. Design and create bespoke rail travel itineraries, ensuring each holiday is tailored to the clients’ desires.

4.Converting leads into confirmed bookings.

4. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and beyond, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Job Type : Full Time

Location : Fully remote

What we offer:

· Salary: £22k + competitive commission, OTE £50K

What we need from you:

· At least 2 years of experience of sales within the Travel industry

· Outbound sales experience within a call centre or as a homeworker

· Preferred outbound sales experience

· Customer focused attitude

· Passion for sales and a hunger to close a deal

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Drive and determination
