Location: Central London (St Giles) – On-site, 5 days per week

As a Partner Events Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of strategic partner events that drive engagement across the Android Enterprise ecosystem. Working closely with OEMs, mobile carriers, technology partners, and internal stakeholders, you will create impactful experiences that strengthen partner relationships, support product launches, and accelerate commercial adoption of Android solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of partner events, including partner summits, industry conferences, executive engagements, product launch events, trade shows, and customer-facing experiences.
  • Serve as the primary events lead for Android Enterprise partner activities across OEMs, carriers, and technology partners.
  • Develop event strategies that strengthen partner relationships, support business objectives, and increase visibility for Android Enterprise solutions.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, registration, production, travel coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Partner closely with OEMs and carriers to support product launches, joint events, and partner engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate speakers, executive stakeholders, agendas, presentations, demos, and event content to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with partner management, sales, product marketing, communications, and field teams to align event objectives and messaging.
  • Manage external agencies, production partners, and event vendors to deliver events on time and within budget.
  • Track event performance and develop post-event reporting, insights, and recommendations for future programs.
  • Support the development of scalable event playbooks, processes, and best practices across the partner ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner events, field marketing, channel marketing, event marketing, or strategic partnerships within the technology industry.
  • Required experience working directly with a mobile device OEM or wireless carrier in a marketing, partnerships, events, channel, sales, or business development capacity.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end event planning and execution, including partner events, conferences, product launches, executive engagements, or industry trade shows.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the Android, enterprise mobility, telecommunications, or broader mobile technology ecosystem.
  • Experience managing executive-level events and strategic partner engagements.
  • Experience managing external agencies, production vendors, and event budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with OEMs, carriers, technology partners, and cross-functional teams.
