This is a role with an incredible brand that has built a huge following across the globe and is now firmly in the Top 10 brands in the UK. This is an opportunity for you to develop your people management skills, as you will lead a team of 9 in the On Trade.
You will lead, manage and coach a team of 10 to drive availability and sales of the portfolio through a regional strategy with key On Trade customers. You will also ensure that the regional field sales plan is aligned with the On Trade strategy and overall GB business plan.
