In order to bolster their Sales function, they are now seeking a strong retail operator to grow and develop the landscape in one of their grocery heartlands.

The role:
You will be tasked with developing and implementing a brand new commercial strategy, building a stakeholder map and embracing the journey this brand is about to go on. This will not be a role where things will fall in your lap; we are looking for a player manager who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved. Long term, you will be integral to the further development of the brand in Retail.

We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of the GB retail market. Ideally, you will have worked in an environment that has seen growth with challenges along the way, emotionally intelligent and someone who understands strong cross-functional collaboration. This would ideally suit a National Account Manager who wants to take that next step in their career.
