With a bold presence in retail and ambitious growth plans, this is a company that blends energy and creativity. They are a really exciting start-up looking for a Senior National Account Manager to join them on a 3 month FTC.

Salary: up to £60k

Ways of working: remote but must be happy to travel

Why this role? This is a category-challenger that’s redefined the functional drinks space — high-performing, trend-driven, and backed by a huge fan base! This person will be working with current UK customers to execute Joint Business Plans and ensure opportunities are being maximised within the agreed internal budget. There is also a focus on developing relationships with new customers not currently engaged with the brand, working with internal stakeholders to establish SOPs and budget for these opportunities.

The Role… As a Senior National Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing Joint Business Plans with current UK grocery customers, ensuring all agreed activity is delivered in line with budget and commercial priorities. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver innovation plans and drive brand activation using promotional tools and trade marketing. You will also identify and build relationships with new customer targets, working with internal teams to define scope and budget. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to support and mentor the National Account Manager responsible for Value Retail and Travel channels.

Minimum Requirements:

  • FMCG experience.
  • Experience working with UK top 4 grocery customers, Tesco and Sainsbury's advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of category management techniques and insight generation.
  • Skilled in interpreting and using data from multiple sources.
  • *Must be able to start within a couple of weeks*
