Marvel are partnered with one of the world's leading dairy businesses, home to some of the UK's most loved dairy brands. They are now seeking a German speaking Senior Brand Manager to lead brand growth across Europe, with a key focus on Germany.

As Senior Brand Manager, you'll take full ownership of driving profitable growth and brand value across Europe, with Germany as your primary market and additional support across markets such as France. Reporting into the Head of Core Brands and Business, you'll work crossâfunctionally to develop and execute brand strategies that deliver competitive advantage and strong ROI. This is a handsâon role, giving you exposure across the full marketing mix, from above and belowâtheâline activations to NPD, innovation pipeline development, agency management and performance measurement.

- Strong experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods
- Fluent in English and German
- Proven ability to develop and implement brand marketing plans and evaluate campaign performance
- Experience working collaboratively with agencies, distributors and crossâfunctional teams
- A handsâon, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and drive
