The Drinks Industry is changing, and with change brings exciting new opportunity. We are proud to be partnered with an innovative and forward-thinking business as they grow their On trade team. I am recruiting for a Regional Commercial Manager to join an exciting UK spirit distribution model delivering brand volume & visibility across the fast-paced Midlands On trade.

Salary: £40K-45K
Travel: £500 Per month
Discretionary Bonus: 20%

Build and develop distribution and visibility delivering brand success across your regional on trade.

The Role: You will pioneer the building and nurturing of key relationships across the on trade across the Midlands, leading the portfolio's brands to success in the UK market and disrupting the drinks industry bar scene with an exciting array of premium spirits. Utilise your industry experience and working network to develop and negotiate relationships across the IFT, Regional groups and wholesale partners. Commercially drive the success of the brands whilst operating as a sales-savvy ambassador across the portfolio of hand-selected brands.

Who are you? We are looking for a candidate that knows the On Trade like the back of their hand, you will be up with the trends of what’s good and what’s not. You will also be motivated to represent brands as a proud ambassador alongside being commercially aware of how to win business and manage your own account base to success.
