This is an opportunity for you to develop your people management skills, you will lead a team of 9 in the On Trade. You will be encouraged to deliver an entrepreneurial mindset, stretch the boundaries and challenge the status quo. This is a brand that is about giving you freedom.
The Role… You will lead, manage and coach a team of 10 to drive availability and sales of the portfolio through a regional strategy with key On Trade customers. You will also ensure that the regional field sales plan is aligned with the On Trade strategy and overall GB business plan.

Who are you? We are looking for a candidate that knows the On Trade like the back of their hand, you will be up with the trends of what’s good and what’s not. You will also be a people leader; a big element of this role is coaching so you will need to not only lead by example but have a real passion for developing people. This role will suit an On Trade specialist who has managed a small team (3-4) and is now looking to expand on this.
