We are supporting a snacking business that has delivered impressive results over the last few years, with strong brands, B Corp status, and a talented team. They are now well placed for growth in 2025 and beyond. They seek a Senior National Account Manager in their Co Manufacturing and B2B channel to head up and drive growth across this area with huge potential.

This role is 3 days per week in Nuneaton.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 pa plus bonus

Benefits: 24 days holiday + 3 days at Christmas/Parental Leave Scheme/Life Assurance/6% pension/Healthcare/Free breakfast & lunch in office/Wellness benefits

In this role, you will lead the B2B/OL customer relationship with a focus on developing a long-term partnership. While heading up this customer, you will still play an integral part in developing long-term strategy. We are seeking candidates who have experience in Retail; ideally, you have experience within large complex customers across B2B or Co-Manufacturing. However, we may consider candidates with Supply Chain or Customer Collaboration backgrounds. This would suit someone with a strong work ethic, commercial acumen, and a willingness to lead.
