We are recruiting a
Senior National Account Manager for Booker
to take ownership of a key Wholesale partnership and play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across the UK.

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000pa plus £5800 car and 10% bonus

Ways of working – Home Based contract with 1 day every 2 weeks in London

The role…

You will be fully responsible for the management and execution of the commercial agenda across the Booker account.

This includes:

  • Full P&L ownership and delivery of sales and profit targets.
  • Building and executing a best-in-class account strategy.
  • Developing strong relationships with Buyers and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiating commercial terms to drive sales, share, distribution and in-store visibility.
  • Leading and developing your direct report.

This is a true end-to-end account role with real responsibility, visibility and influence.

You…

We are looking for candidates with strong FMCG experience in a customer-facing commercial role.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience managing Wholesale or Convenience accounts (Booker experience highly desirable).
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • The ability to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience would be ideal not essential
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Negotiation experience (desirable).
  • Branded FMCG background (desirable).
  • This is a high-tempo role, so resilience, energy and curiosity are key
