Marvel is working with a scaling drinks brand that is now looking for a Head of Marketing to own strategy and execution as they grow. You'd build the function, lead the team and drive real commercial impact.

What you’d do
- Build marketing strategy. Work with leadership on direction, opportunity, and positioning. Data-led, ambitious, honest.
- Campaign management. Develop integrated campaigns across On-Trade, Off-Trade and direct channels. Launch them. Track them. Learn from them.
- Brand consistency. Make sure every touchpoint such as packaging, social, PR, events and retail tells the story. Nothing half-baked.
- Analytics. Pull the data. Understand what’s working. Feed it back into what you do next. No vanity metrics.
- Team leadership. Lead a small marketing team. Support them. Develop them.
Who we’re looking for
You need FMCG experience and a track record on challenger brands. You’ve built share against bigger players. You understand category dynamics, retailer relationships and what actually moves volume. You’ve probably spent a decent amount of time in FMCG marketing. You’ve led campaigns, managed budgets, navigated retailers, worked with sales. You know the difference between a campaign that looks clever and one that actually works. You’re analytical but can make calls with incomplete information and learn fast. You care about craft and excellence but know done beats perfect. You’re honest, collaborative, and practical.
What matters here is genuine FMCG experience and proven success on challenger or scaling brands.
Salary £75,000pa plus bonus, pension and private medical.
Ways of working 3 days a week in London.
